Super Built-up Area
Carpet area plus a share of common spaces.
Super built-up area adds a unit's carpet area to a proportionate share of common areas — corridors, lobbies, and amenities. Because the loading factor varies between projects, super built-up area is not a reliable basis for comparing prices; carpet area is the RERA-mandated standard.
