Built-up Area
Carpet area plus the area of internal walls and balconies.
Built-up area is the carpet area plus the thickness of the unit's internal walls and the area of its balconies. It sits between carpet area and super built-up area. Because it excludes shared common spaces, it is larger than carpet area but smaller than super built-up area.
