How we write, and why you can trust it.
Our standards for sourcing, labelling, and correcting everything we publish.
Who writes Propvidhi
Our blog, guides, and glossary are written and reviewed by the Propvidhi editorial team — an in-house group covering real estate pricing, mortgage finance, and Indian property law. We do not publish guest posts or sponsored articles, and no builder or partner pays to appear in or shape our editorial content.
What we rely on
Factual claims draw on public sources — the Karnataka RERA portal, registration and sub-registrar data, RBI guidelines, and primary legislation. Price figures come from our transaction-based Index methodology and are labelled indicative computed estimates until the underlying dataset is independently verified.
How we label estimates
Every page that presents Index, Fair Value, or Trust Score figures carries a last-updated date, a link to the methodology, and an explicit note that the figures are indicative computed estimates, not verified transaction records. Trust Score assessments are framed as our opinion based on disclosed data, and are published only for builders who have consented and hold a right of reply.
Voice and standards
We write in a calm, data-driven voice. We avoid superlatives we cannot support with data, and we do not make claims of fact about a builder's conduct — we describe our assessment of the disclosed data.
Corrections and right of reply
If you find an error, write to grievance@propvidhi.com. We correct factual mistakes promptly and note material changes with an updated date. Builders we assess are invited to respond, and their reply is published alongside our assessment.
