Privacy Policy
How Propvidhi collects, uses, and protects your data under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Propvidhi processes personal data as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). We collect only the data necessary to provide our services.
Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent. Every form that collects a phone number or email carries an explicit opt-in for communications by email, phone, or WhatsApp. We record the timestamp and source of each consent.
Marketing communications are opt-in. Where we rely on consent, you provide it freely and may decline without losing access to services that do not require it.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time — reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact our Grievance Officer below. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and the processing activities, the right to correction and erasure, the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights, and the right of grievance redressal. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer.
Data we do not collect or sell
We never sell personal data. We do not place personal data in URLs. Attribution is captured in first-party storage as an anonymous identifier with campaign parameters — not third-party cookies and not linked to you until you submit a form. Builder and partner data used in the Index is aggregated at the transaction level.
