Fair Value
Propvidhi's indexed estimate of what a unit is worth.
Fair Value is Propvidhi's computed estimate of a unit's value, indexed against the micro-market median and adjusted for configuration, floor, and builder assessment. It is an indicative estimate derived from a closed-transaction methodology — distinct from a builder's asking price — and is always labelled as a computed estimate.
