How We Keep Rankings Independent

Propvidhi takes no money from builders to rank them. Here is what that means and why the model is built that way.

Propvidhi is the only platform of its kind that takes zero money from builders to rank them. That single design choice shapes everything about how the Propvidhi Index and Trust Score are produced.

Why the model matters

When a platform earns its revenue from the parties it rates, the incentive to rate favourably is built into the business. Removing that revenue removes the conflict. Propvidhi earns from closed-transaction commission and from optional software tools, not from builders paying for position.

What this does not mean

Independence is not the same as certainty. A Trust Score remains an opinion, expressed as "our assessment, based on the disclosed data, is X out of 100". A numeric score is published only for builders who participate and hold a right of reply; for others, only public RERA facts are shown.

How to read an independent ranking

Because position cannot be bought, a ranking reflects the disclosed data and the methodology, both of which are published. Read the factors, check the underlying RERA record yourself, and treat the ranking as a considered starting point for your own diligence.
